walkman issue - Xperia E C1504

I am having a problem with Walkman application on my phone Xperia E (single sim) model.Whenever i play the songs it stucks for some moment(3-5 secs) and continues to play.This stuck behavior is faced only while playing songs in Walkman app.I have tried the below

 settings > apps > all > Walkman > clear data. Restart phone and try again.  I waited for 30minutes for indexing to complete.I have just 2 songs on my SD card.Same behavior observed.

I am using Walkman version 5.0.A.D.31.Is there any update available to this which would fix my issue.Thanks.

Repair using Sony pc companion

To perform a software repair on the handset, please do the following.

To repair the phone software

1.     Install PC Companion on a Windows PC from Support  

2.     In PC Companion, under Support Zone and click Start. 

3.     Under Phone Software Update, click Start.

4.     Click repair phone.

5.     Follow the on-screen instructions.

i am using walkman version 5.0.A.D.31 and android 4.1.1 and build number 11.3.A.0.59. I am trying to download music info but it shows unknown error while downloading.

I am using walkman version 5.0.A.D.36 but it does not had effect like club,studio,etc in equiliser more and the update center doesn't had any update so pls tell what to do??
