WALKMAN has Stopped!!

WALKMAN can't open, it says "UNFORTUNATELY WALKMAN has STOPPED"..
Any solution, I already try force stop and clear data at settings > apps > all > WALKMAN.. please help me..

Try restart phone, if still dont work repair phone with pc companion or sus

Before you repair,have you recently updated walkman app?

I already try restart many times, but still not working. Is there any solution without using PCC or SUS?

You have reinstalled with sony update service and nothing?You should visit a sony service for further help.
