Walkman App and Wireless Storage Drive

Hi,

I've got an issue with the Walkman app running on the Sony Xperia LT30p and the Sony Tablet SGPT121GB/s all with the latest Android software.

The Walkman app finds the music folders on a couple of wireless drives  (WD and Iomega) however some of the albums show incomplete tracks, as an example the walkman app will only show and play 10 tracks of a 14 track album.

The problem occurs through all file formats and folders, mp3, iTunes etc.

It's not a wireless / drive issue as the albums show and play as complete albums, or as folders and tracks through an ASUS Zenbook, iPAD, and a SONOS system using OEM software.

As final proof the issue is with the Walkman app, running MediaHouse Pro on both Sony devices - no problem, all tracks, albums, folders play perfectly from both wireless drives..

Is this another example of flakey Sony softare?

Is it possible to re-install the Sony Walkman app?

Is there a track / size limit Walkman can handle via WiFi?

Even though I have a workaround any help would be appreciated as this is hurting my head - probably not as much as Sony's - Thanks

Could you please check these files and see if it's the same problem we have reported here: http://talk.sonymobile.com/thread/125278
