Walkman and Photo Album doesn't read files from external memory.

I have a problem lately with my phone, files from my external memory card is not showing on Walkman music player and Sony Photo Album, it only reads files from my internal sd memory. I tried using different music and photo album app, but it's showing the files. I tried repairing it's software software  via PC Companion at first it works but when I started to install my favorite store applications it would not show files from the external memory again.

Hey, I'm also face same problem with the sony xperia M.

Just i solved this problem to format the my External card by using Adapter.

pls sony solve this problem I have exact problem which is sony media apps does not read my files I have more pictures and music in my sd card but it doesnt show in album and walkman I do what they say but it still not working 😞 plss help to solve this 😞😢 I love sony but because of this problem hmmm 😞

Can't Sony fix this problem cause no matter how many times I format my phone and external memory my phone still won't display my media
