W995 :Unable to unlock phone protection code

I am unable to unlock my phone as I tried to use another sim card with it. Can anyone help me?

Unfortunately if you have changed the code from the default 0000 and are unsure what the code is then with this model you would need to return it to an authorised repair agent for unlocking.
