W995 phone hanging problem

Hi,

I bought my phone last December and just recently, my phone started to hang when I slotted in a new Sim card. From then on, when I put back my on Sim card, it kept saying 'Searching' and freezes almost eternally...so I sent it for repair.

I have read from another discussion on 'w995 in coma' and realised that w995 does not support two sim cards. So, can my phone still be repaired to normal? Please give me a reply cause I really love my phone a lot a lot!!!

Did you insert two SIM cards simultaneously using one of those dual-SIM adaptors?

No, I did not. But thanks for answering to my reply. I got back my phone a few weeks ago and the technicians claimed that there are some software problems in my phone. Well, they resetted the whole phone and now it is back to working condition! Thanks and have a nice day! Um, this thread can be closed. Thanks!
