w8 update

when can we avail an android update for w8? it was such a nice phone, i also want to ask if there's any possible way i can save my android applications to sd card because phone memory is poor and i love downloading new stuffs for my phone, i just bought it a week ago and i hope you could help me, thanks!

i think sony wont launch an update for this phone..

SE told some other users in other threads..

and since u have 2.1 u cant move aplications to sd card..

2.2 and above support this feature..

Can you go to your Settings Mennu --> Applications ---> Manage Applications.

If you select an app, do you see an option to move the apps to the SD card.

@apc_user: There's no native "Move apps to SD" option on 2.1. Unless his/her W8 is rooted, then he/she can use "Move2SD or Link2SD" app so he/she can able to do that.
