W595 Problem!!!! Plz help! m dying out here!

Hi! the problem is when ever i open the slide of the cell,the front speaker to listen to call,and the two keys stop working, and when i close the slide,they again start working.has anyone faced this problem?i have tried to update the software,but it says ur software is already updated.what should i do??plz plz help me out!!!:smileycry:

Maybe a cable inside the phone becomes loose when you slide the phone up. I would send it to a service centre to get it checked out unless you are confident of opening the phone to check everything is connected accordingly.
