VPN Problem in Android ICS 4.0.4 with IPSec XAuth PSK

Some providers like samsung have a patch for this problem.
Connection is ok but no data transfer.

how to solve it without VPNCilla or other VPN Clients.
It looks like a mini patch to solve this. Who has an idea?

As I understand this is a Android issue, unfortunately I have no info if there will be any patch released for this from our side.
