Volume is very low with earphone and radio is not working

I purchased phone Xperia J two months back.

I can clearly hear outside noise when i am hearing music with max level volume.

FM radio is not working since updated to Jelly Bean.

I expect usefull feedback on this.

I suggest that you try to run a software reinstall using SUS.
