Volume indicator bug

Guys, did u have a similar experience of the volume indicator showing a black bar after updating to 4.3?

have you restarted your phone and/or re-installed 4.3?

Change back to default Theme and reboot

Becasue it is bug of download theme

I've had this bug from minute , and I can assure I didn't change the theme till many hours after updating, so no, it's not "exactly" a bug of downloaded themes. And I've rebooted several times.

i have a problem with volume indicator in tri flat theme , it appears a black bar... cand anyone help me ?!
