Volume down button after a week of purchase began working intermittently: at one time worked in another does not work.

After 2 weeks, does not work in any application, including the camera. While running at full upgrade, when asked to press a button.

Fully updated - did not help.

Dial *#*#7378423#*#* in dialer/ dial pad / phone pad > service tests > keyboard and switch > press Volume Down key again and again and again

You will have to go to Sony service center

Before going try this

Backup everything as it will erase all data on phone (sms, contacts,apps)

Update/Repair your phone via PCC or SUS

PCC (PC COMPANION) – Repair your software with this .First do the setup without connecting your mobile to pc.(only connect when you are asked to).

Do it as follow >> PCC > SUPPORT ZONE> SOFTWARE UPDATE> REPAIR SOFTWARE (written with blue)
