Volume and power keys does not always work after update

My up volume button and the lock/turn off on button is not working sometimes:/ I upgraded today and I never had those problems. My phone doesn't detect the phone charger. I'm desperate

Since this happened right after a software update, I recommend you perform a software repair using Xperia Companion on your device to re-install it.

After update my volume up doesn't work on ring tone and is locked to 0! Done a factory reset and also a phone repair on pc companion! Contacted Sony and they say I have to send it in for repair and will charge me when it's obvious that the update has affected millions of people! Why is this fair?

Ok I found out how to sort this mess out caused by pony sony! Don't waste your time doing a factory reset or pc companion repair. Go into play store then go to Sony account update and uninstall that crap and any other app that's done by Sony. Turn your phone off then back on then wait few minutes press volume up on side of phone to bring up the sound bar slider and run your finger across to turn it up. This worked for me after doing everything on the forums. Please let me know if this helps you
