voicemail and text

Can anybody help, every time certain contacts send me a text I get a voicemail notification as well but there aren't no voicemail in my box? Is there something in one of the settings I have wrong?

Do you have google voice? voip? any other apps such as vine, skype, etc?

Hi i do have them but not currently using them, I have vine which came with my z2 and Google voice as well. Are these causing the issue?

uninstall and re-install those apps, I had a similar issue with my Z1 and that solved it
