Voice issue

Guys can you help me out. how can I fix this issue, when some calls me or I make a call the other side can't hear me well its like deep voice but if I make it loudspeaker can hear me normally no issue so please I need help and the phone is new Z5 permium

How to boot on safe mode on Lolipop
1. press and hold the power key
2. once you get the pop up menu 
3. press and hold "power off" 
4. Boot on safe mode should become available

Sorry for late reply but I tried it on safe mode it worked just for that day better but once I put earphone again it happens this problem again. I dont how it can be solved I have to speak loudly thats the other side can hear me then not fair
