voice command stuck on "initializing"

Hi all, I have a problem with my new Z2: I was used to use the voice command from the bluetooth headset, a long press on the headset button start the sw, on the display I see the word "inizializzazione" (in italian: I suppose it should be "Initializing" in english) and in the headset I ear "Attendi" which in english should be "waiting" but nothing happen.

Any idea?

Has it worked before and is it just stuck now? If it's stuck, have you tried to restart the phone and/or headset?

Hi, I read the guidelines, thanks for the link.

The feature never worked: the phone is buyed used 2 months old (and I do a factory reset a week before trying the voice dialling so it should be almost like new). I powered off/on the phone and the headset just now and nothing changed.

Do you experience this behaviour if you uninstall updates for Google Search? You can do this via Settings > Apps > Google Search > Uninstall updates.

The problem is the same when the phone is locked while it works when it is unlocked.

Hi, i've the z3 compact from 1 week and also for me if i long press the button of the Bluetooth headset it remains stuck on inizializzazione / initialization.. If i manually start a vocal search everything works.. Only pressing the button of the headset give me the error, what can be?
