Voice call cho

Does anybody else have this problem. Everytime I ring someone or they ring me I can constantly hear my voice being echoed back which is very annoying.

Regardless of what call setting's I use e.g bright smooth, normal, enabling and disabling noise suppression etc, I can constantly hear my voice being echoed back.

That could be a network issue. does it happen with every call or just an specific number?

On every call, it's the first time I've ever had such a problem with a phone.

That's quite odd, what if you restart the phone? Do you have a NANO SIM card or do you trimmed a regular SIM card?

Do you have a case on the phone at all?

Restarting does nothing and got a nano sim card. No, no case on the phone

Please confirm these as well:

An echo may be heard during a voice call if:

1. Large amount of data communication during the call.
2. GPS is accessing data during the call.

Tried with no location services on, just now with WiFi and mobile data disabled, still the issue persists.

In this case I would have to advise you to speak with your local Xperia Care team regarding having an assessment performed.

Oh god, seriously I only bought this for €600 in December I shouldn't have to return it after only two months to be fixed. Not good Sony not good 😔
