VIVAZ PRO Keypad lights not working

maybe the keypad lights vanished a day back or so.. I was in the dark today when i noticed that the lights arent working any more. any u8i users out there who faced the same issue....

will wait for 2 more days to see if the issue still persists or not  and then will make it to the service center

Try to remove the battery from the unit for a while and try again. You can also try to update the phone using Update Service:
