Have you tried to stream video when connected to different Wi-Fi networks or also on the mobile network? Does it work on any network or do you experience the same behavior on different networks?
The problem was om my private Wifi. I could acess Netflix and surf the web on my computer but when i tried it on the phone i could only surf The web. Netflix was stuck loading and the same happend to Youtube and other swedish streaming services. Strangly that behaviour is gone now so I dont know what the reson was and I cant help to narrow it down further thou it is gone right now.
