Video hangs while playing

I am using Xperia M4 aqua since 10 months but now problem is arise that video hangs too much whlie playing in any application and no sound is coming from the phone i.e, Touch sound, music sound, ringtones etc. I have submitted in sony care and they repair the software and gave me back the phone and once I also formatted the phone and I am not using sd card no apps is installed and no transfer from other mobile but yet the issue is not resolved so how to resolve it?

test it in safe mode 

how much free internal storage does your phone has?

The internal storage is totally free and I have tested it in safe mode and it works fine.

If it works fine in safe mode then it's a third party app causing the issue.

Sorry I forgot to mention that I haven't installed any app or downloaded anything.

Perhaps you didn't realized that you have indeed installed apps, but if it's working fine in safe mode it is a third party app, since  safe mode disable third party apps

But I have formatted the phone. And then I didn't download anything.
