video file didn't transfer

I transferred photos & videos via USB on Friday but one of the videos didn't transfer. The video was 7+ minutes long so I'm assuming it was too large? The problem is I always automatically delete from my phone once transferred 😞
There are also files I see that it said couldn't transfer so possibly 1 of them could be the video?

How large was that file?

I've no idea to be honest. The video was over 7min possibly 15, but not 100%. I'm.just assuming it's too large

You won't be able to transfer more than 4GB at a time due to FAT32 file format.

Layman's terms?! Not very techie & would like to try retrieve the video if possible 🙆

Is the video on your computer? Can you transfer it again?

When I transfer pics etc I automatically erase after import. All info is now off my phone & I can't find the video on my laptop!
When I initially transferred it said there was 5 files it couldn't transfer as there were errors so not sure if one of those is the video?!

How did you transfer them? Did you move them to your SD?

I used a USB cable & imported the pics & videos as I always do 🙂
