I experience a poor quality of videos that I shoot through my Xperia T,however other videos such as downloaded are running smoothly,even images are still fine,any help to fix this

Could you elaborate? what do you mean by "poor quality videos? 

btw, one thread its more than enough.

Thanks, assume you film 10 sec video and try to view it. And you go to album and try to play it. During first two seconds video runs and pictures are With actual quality,no blurring, but the other 8 secs are really getting blurred, it is like you are watching a youtube video with poor broadband connection.

Repair your phone with SUS or PCC if that doesn't work, take it to a Sony repair center
