Video Camera

I seem to be having problems when i try to video. Tells me there is an Error (unknown Error) Help please

settings > apps > all > camera > clear everything

When i go into settings>apps>all.... don't have an option for camera?? 😕

I have no option for camera or video camera...album auto upload file commander etc... have no idea what software it runs on 😕 sorry no good with technical stuff lol

It's ok

Open up Settings > About phone. Look for the one called Android version (should be 2.3.x or 4.0.x).

are you certain that you click under ALL apps? it should be there

there's a difference between the build number and android version

When i do as you said I do not have an option for Camera or Video Camera...all that is there is the list of all the apps that my phone came with plus 3/4 i have added myself. Only thing i have to do with the camera is Album. Definately Android 4.12
