Vibration not working

Any one having issues with the vibration just cutting off and not working ?I have hard reset my phone and it works for a little then just stops working. I ran the test in diagnostics and nothing?

I suggest you visit a sony service as it may be hardware related.

Thanks. It's how it works for a few minutes then cuts off.
