Vibration mode not working

Vibration mode is not working for Xperia ARC. Any suggestions...

Hi, could be a setting issue .... Goto Settings>Sound, play with Vibrate selection with available options there.

turn off you phone > remove the battery for 5 minutes..

insert it..switch on the phone and see if problem remains or not..

update your phone software thru this..

back up all your files before doin so..

if its a software glitch it will be solved by the above software..

if that still doesnt works , go to your service centre nearby and get it checked..

See if phone passes this test .... Tap Dialer, key in *#*#7378423#*#*, this will launch the Service Menu. Select Service tests>Vibrator, see if phone vibrator is working.

If yes, proceed to Software Repair. If no, proceed to the local SE Service Centre for repair.
