Hey guys, I ran into a little annoying problem.
Well basically, when I'm typing (Google Keyboard, VIBRATION feedback on) something, after some time, the vibration just goes off. I have no idea what causes this, I already did a factory reset two times, and yet the problem still persists. A "temporary fix" that I accidentally found out is to "shake" the device for a bit, the vibration comes back, yet feels a lil' sluggish.
The other threads solved this by doing a repair/factory reset via PC Comp. well I also tried that, no luck either.
To recreate this problem, simply type anything on the keyboard with haptic feedback on OR use anything that uses haptic feedback, if it suddenly disappears, you got the same problem as me.
I still have warrenty on this device,so I would like to ask if I should send this to the support.

Hi @d3feKt, I am sorry to hear about this
Given the information that it works if you shake it, it sounds to me like a hardware fault. Based on this, I recommend you contact your Local support team to arrange an assessment.
Wow that was a...quick answer 😮
My only fear is that it doesn't happen everytime, so I'm very unsure right now, do I have to pay something if they don't find anything at all and want to charge me for sending it back? poor student, can't handle all the financial problems right now
If it helps, I have dealt with a lot of Z3 Compacts, and this issue, while I have come across it before, is uncommon. While I can't promise you that it will never happen again, I can say that based on what I have seen, it is very unlikely to.
Edit: I cannot say if it will cost or not, only your local support team can give that information after the device has been assessed.
Phew, thanks for your assist, that really helped me right now. Will try to contact the service here in Germany, hopefully I get this sorted out
Gonna update this thread if I get new information.
