vibrate on touch. not working.

vibrate on touch dont work.. i repaired my phone for how many times but still dont work...

someone help me pls?

Hi, goto Settings>Sound, scroll to the bottom and mark Vibrate on touch.

i know how to turn on and off the vibrate on touch...

what i mean is..  even if its checked it doesnt vibrate..

they're fine.. only the vibrate on touch dont..

By the way, this only works for typing .... I guess you are aware of this.

wait i dont get this one.. is the vibrate on touch( SYSTEM ) works for typing only? how bout the "vibrate on press" in the MESSAGE settings? is it different?

bcoz before it was working i just turn it off coz i dont want to vibrate on my EVERY touch on the phone.. but upgrading to 4.0.3, i enable it and it doesnt vibrate anymore.. even in 4.0.4 (hoping that it would fix the problem by the update)

I think that is Haptic feedback which is an option in Gingerbread .... but don't see it in ICS.

I am agree with you. I am facing same problem. After upgrading to Android 4.0.4 "Vibrate on touch" is not working. Is there any solution?

this is funny, i have the exact opposite problem, no matter what i do, i cant get the vibrations to stop while i type.  it is the most annoying thing, i wanna break this piece of %^#%.

this is after updating to ICS
