Vibrate issues - Xperia Go in ICS

Hi,

I recently purchased and updated my Xperia Go to ICS, and the vibrate option does not work at all.  I have tried the service test, settings reset, including the factory reset.  Still not working.

any other thing I can do?

When I first purchased it, the vibrate mode is working.

also, does PC companion install everytime I plug in my phone to my computer?  It does that everytime, when I already have it installed.

it might be a hardware issue, repair your phone with either PCC or SUS and if that doesn't help take your phone to a Sony Repair Center
