Since 4.3 update my Viber service is horribly bad!! The person on the other can listen to me but i cant moreover i can smoothly communicate via other apps like line. So i guess its not my connection's problem. After the second update that came a few days ago i reinstalled viber and for only once i had a good service but again it's the same!! Why?? What's the problem please let me know

Are you sure that your network connection is fine?

I'm facing the same issue . I think viber can't work on xperia sp android 4.3  . An option is to downgrade to 4.1 since  viber works on it.

Dude, clear cache and re-install it. I had a few problems with Viber myself.

I wrote this complain using same device and data connection and i make hangout calls very often using my xperia so all these dont face any problem then why my data connection would screw up with viber only!! I reinstalled it 3 times! Two times after factory reset. Bit still having this problem 😞
