viber instal problem

can't instal viber on my phone,start to download and when starts to install it shows me "unknown code -24"and can't complete. Please, some ideas? Thank you very much

Hi and welcome to the community! Since you're new please be sure that you have checked out our Discussion guidelines.

Try to clear data for Google Play Store and Google Play Services under settings > apps > all > Google Play Store and Google Play Services > clear data. Restart the phone and try again. 

If the same behavior persists, try to remove your Google account and then at it again under settings > account > Google > your Gmail address > menu button > remove account.
