Viber Calling Problem

I purchased xperia on march 2014. Im getting so much difficulty using this phone. Viber calling is not working. I sent mail to sony customer support and viber. But I have not yet good response from them. I have tried to reinstall viber. There is no use..

Viber has issues here,they said in a reply for a user they are not thinking of improving anything for now.
