i can not receive any call or messages from viber when my phone is locked... it works if it is unlocked... need help

Do you have Stamina mode enabled as this would block such apps from working

Stamina mode is off i have not enable it.

Does the type of lock have a different effect ie: Pin, Swipe etc

Do you by chance have the following turned on.

Menu > Settings > Wifi > Advanced > Keep Wifi On During Sleep > Never/Only When plugged in?
