VH410 cannot power on

I was just gifted with a brand new VH410 Bluetooth headset.

After charging it for 10 hours, I could not turn it on.

When charging, the red LED lights up and when charged, the green LED also lights up, but the red does not turn of.

I have tried holding the power button on for 10 seconds, pressing both volumnes buttons down while turning on, pressing the main button while turning it on, and various combinations, but all without effect. I simply cannot turn it on.

Is there anything I can do?

That seems strange, have you tried with another charger?

If problem persists I recommend that you contact your local support for further information on how to send it in to a repair center for investigation:
