after a few days with 4.2.2 update on my zl ......

the problem begins when the sound gone ..... all the sound gone no music no earphone sound no system sound the phone completley muted ......

and now the problem went bigger when the phone keeps restarting ,,,, i tried software repair and factory reset and all didnt help .....

i read about this problem in the internet and it seems to be not just me ....

i am now downgrading to 4.1 and see what will this ends up to .....

so my advice is never update to 4.2.2 and stay on 4.1 which is far better

Sorry to hear about your problem. Try to reinstall the software using Update Service:

You can also try to factory reset after the update.
