very poor customer service in the authorised sony service centre

HI

I am Lisha, I bought my Sony Xperia M (dual) phone on Feb 3,2014.. Within three months i.e in month of May 2014, the phone's battery was not charging even after trying with multiple sony chargers. On May 21st, 2014 I took my phone to the nearby authorised sony service centre which is in Sonnet Care,Indiranagar, Bangalore. They told me it could be technical problem hence they need to keep it for observation and will give me a call After 2 days and then I can pick it up. Since they never called back at all I continued to follow up with them on the status of my phone. On 28th/29th of May 2014, when I called they said " I could pick up my phone". I went and collected my phone back." They told me that the phone's motherboard had to be replaced and after a 6hrs battery charging  the phone will be functional" ( thankfully the servicing charges was taken care off since my phone was in warranty period). 

After charging my phone for 6hrs the phone was functional but my camera was no more working. On 30th May 2014, I went back to the service center to hand over the phone for the rectification. After checking they told me " the replaced new motherboard is not compatible to my phone hence they have replace the motherboard again". I handed over my phone to them and left with the new job sheet.

The sony center employees called me after few days and then told me to come and pick up the phone as its ready. When I went there to add to my surprises they told me "my phone is not ready and that their system is showing a faulty message that it is ready and because of the confusion theu called me" . I went back after a round of arguments with the technician. Again for the next few days the same problem of the technicians calling continued. 

Frustrated with this irresponsibility of the technicians I called the Sony customer care support to lodge a complaint. I spoke to several customer care executives who each time I called told I will arrange a call back with the higher manager.But none called back. No action was taken .

Its almost a month now and inspite of several follow-ups neither have i got back my phone nor has Sony taken any action against the Sony service center in Indiranagar. 

I am now asking them for a replacement of my phone or re-emburse my money spent on purchasing the Sony Xperia M ( dual) phone.

Also Now I will never even think of buying another sony product because of this dreadfull experience.  

Sony has the most horrible customer service ever and untrained technicians ever !!!
