Vertical Battery Drain

Would Sony care to have a look at this screenshot and suggest what might be causing this immediate 5-7% battery drain? 

The phone is now about one month old and battery life is good considering the amount I use the phone. A normal charge lasts in excess of 24 hours easily.

The phone is in "as new" condition and has not been droppped - one reason that batteries can lose large amounts of charge instantly.

I had the same problem but SOLVED it!! I went to the sony center and he downgraded the software to the 162 firmware which helped a lot also i found some neet tips while searching online. here
