V 4.3 Disaster

Uploaded the new update and every time I call someone, the screen goes black. Can not unlock with side button and can not  do anything. If I plug in the headphones, than I everything is normal. 

I connected to PC companion and reloaded with repair option. Stil nothing changed.

Please help.

Do you have any call apps,antivirus,task killers?

Didn't have any other dialer but added later to see if same will happen and still black screen when I call. Removed the security, too now and still same

mate i think this will be an isue with Proximity sensor.  did u install any new screen guard / display stickers if so please be kind to remove it and chek it again i hope this helps

Take a look at this also.If it does not apply,download sony update service and repair:

No screen protector. When I receive call or connected by USB, screen shows, no.problem.
