Using Dual SIMs

Can somebody help me with my Tipo Dual SIMs setting please ? I want that a perticular sim be used for calling and receiving sms while other just for sending sms. How to set this please ?

You will have to use the switch key to switch between SIM cards when making outgoing communication.

Thanks a lot. However, even  by switching as advised the sms is sent by first SIM only and not by the second SIM. Shall I interchange the SIMs to acheive what I want as I have said above ? Please guide.
