using camera in lowlight

When i take pics during evening time(low light) in my xperia arc,some noise in the pics like grains appear,what might be the problem,thanks in advance,i have affixed an attachment,

please observe at the face of the person

i dont see that much distortion..your pic is good, not that bad..

but have you saw my thread..??

the thing is arc camera sucks in low daylight..

me and other users are facing this same issue...
