User support closes

I have another problem with the X10 Android phone. I tried to set the user support and I get this message

Sorry!

The application user support (process com.sonyericsson.android.support) has stopped unexpectedly. Please try again.

Force Closure.

Is this a great error message. When I retry 15-20 times, it does not work still.

Any clue.

Never in my life did I face any such problem with mobile phones,.

Even I haven't faced this issue with my phone...do one thing, restart your phone and try again. Best is to do a reset to factory settings and then restore everything.

I have the same problem now after my latest update. Although I have Xperia Ray. What a shame for Sony Ericsson!
