usb tethering problem with neo v

The driver cannot be installed properly on windows xp, in device manager sony ericsson sa0102 remote ndis based device #2 is showing not install.

see the picture below. please help

I asked you two questions. Please answer the other one too.

Have you tried to switch to a different USB port and see if the drivers are installed correctly?

Avoid using any shortcuts/hubs. Connect the cable straight to one of the main USB ports on the PC.

I have the same problem.

I have the  PC Companion on the computer. It recognizes my telefone name and model correctly.  And I can connect my phone as MTP and MSC mode.

I tried to use other usb ports. But I could not solve the problem.

I have xp SP2 installed on the computer. I have not upgrade it to sp3. Because it slows the computer too much. ( Maybe sp3 pack is necessary. I do not know!!! )

I got the same installation problem but Sony Ericson sa0102 ADB interface driver does not seen on my device manager.

I have had 4.03 and I have ISC 4.04. Still can' t solve problem.

What can I try more. ( Maybe another computer ?)
