I've sent the phone to Sony for repair and it passed it checks. It came back with the same software faults AND the USB port flap still pops open on it's own and according to Sony it passed it's checks. No idea what to do anymore?!?!
Don't send your phones to Xperia Care it's a rip off and most times your phone will come back with more problems than when you sent it. And they literally don't care. Stay away from them you've been warned.
