Hi, I had a really weird problem with my z3. I ve been using my device about 11 months and I havent faced any problem but 2 days ago surprisingly the USB port didnt work. I can not charge my phone and if I 'd like to charge it,I need to push charging cable a little bit to top of USB port. When I do that it charges but this action may occur negative consequences in the long term and also headphone jack has the same problem. Btw, phone has not take any impacts or excessive using.Why did this happen and how I fix it. I hope someone can help me.
