USB OTG Support

I have being using Z1 Compact with a 2GB USB regulerly. Recently I faced a issue with a 16GB PenDrive via OTG Cable. I came to know from your online support that it will read till 64GB externally via OTG.

But while connecting the Pendrive I am getting a messege- " The USB connected is Corrupt, please Format"

I tried formating with exFAT, FAT32 and NTFS but still it does not work, the pendrive is pretty well working in Laptops. What is the issue.

Hi @Rupavi,

I am sorry to hear this. Can you please confirm if this happens with any other USB flash drives or just this one?

(The drives should be in FAT format to be read, by the way.)
