Does anyone have experience with connection usb memory to tablet Z?

Yes. USB flash memory works fine using an otg USB cable.

Thank's a lot. Are you using some special model or it can be any USB flash? i'm going to buy 32GB stick and don't want just waist money for something that will not work with my Z

I have tried different kind of USB flash memory from 1 GB to 16 GB. Formatted to FAT32. All worked fine. But you must use an OTG USB cable.

Hard drive dont Work.

Hard drives (and other drives: CD, DVD) work but they need to be powered independently from the tablet. If you connect a powered USB hub to the tablet via the OTG adapter and then connect the drive to the hub then it will work.
