USB file transfer issues

Hi,

Some pictures and files are stored on my phone's internal storage and I want to transfer them to my pc using USB.

I am tring to connect usb to my computer, however in 'My Computer' option only some of the files are displaying, which are stored in SD card.

Kindly help me with this issue.

Look for DCIM > 100Andro

Thanks for your reply. I already did that, but the files are not displaying there. Only things stored in sd card are visible.

backup your SD card > reformat your SD card and try again
