Usb Devices Disabled Error Xperia P

I've been getting usb devices disabled error on my xperia for a couple of days. I tried factory reset and every possible thing, but the error does not go. Whenever i connect my charger or my PC, the same error shows up and the phone does not charge or connect. Once in a blue moon, on a particular angle, the charger connects and starts charging. But that does not last long either. Charging it is becoming a real pain now, Somebody please help me find a solutionn!!

Have you tried changing the usb cable?

Yes, i have tried many usb cables and chargers! All give the same error

Take the phone into service,the problem could be hardware.
