USB connection problems?

hello,

I have a problem about USB connection.

Also PC does not recognize phone and also it does not charge.

 I tried to change USB cable, USB connection, restart PC and phone, system restore, uninstall and reinstall sony software and other advices from Johan Community Manager.

When I checked the device manager, I saw a problem "portable devices" - "Xperia Z1 Compact" -

Windows can not load the drivers required for the device, this device does not work properly. (Code 31)

Please help

I tried with another pc and it works

There is no problem at phone

problem is software or windows problem about device manager
