I am also having trouble getting the same problem fixed. With Vodafone with a 2 year contract the charging point actually fell out and not through miss use! Vodafone said its not covered under warranty and would cost me £190! Stupid! Always thought Sony products were excellent and strong construction but seem to be wrong. How can it just fall out? Very angry with Vodafone and will be contacting Sony to see if they can offer a solution for their poor construction of a very expensive phone! Any other people had any experience with the same issue?
