usb connection problem

Every time I disconect my device from MTP mode to External USB device it takes time to connect and when going back to MTP again it wouldn't shoe anything on my pc.
Also the added items through external storage are not shown in device until I reboot it.

Have you got the latest version of PC companion installed on you computer(needed for latest usb drivers)? and what OS are u using on PC/laptop? maybe your PC is taking more time to read the drive.

I'm using win-7 32bit and it works properly with other smartphones.... I've the latest version of drivers but the device is not answering on 2nd connect... It works only 1st time on MTP and then external USB but on 2nd connect on same session it won't answers.
